Finally found some time to put the rods down and post some fish. This was a favorite from a recent trip up North. I’m guessing about a 12-14 lb hen Chuck full of eggs

This fish had loins and breath taking color. I was at the right place at the right depth at the right time. Fishing is getting better day by day. This was a fantastic morning to be on the Naugatuck. Flows were perfect for the centerpin. Special thanks to Ryan for the pic and a congratulations to him on getting his first fish on the pin this morning!

Fishing out of Farmington River is still on point with plenty of various Trout species rising, and fish coming to small nymphs. Conditions remain the same as the stream flows below the normal level but it is very clear. Mornings are always perfect for float drops. Book a trip and let’s get out on the lake!
